Waxes for rubber articles

TIOZONE™ waxes are used for all kinds of rubber articles, from large conveyor belts to small accessories for cars. Their use provides:

Protection of vulcanized products against ozone and the combined effects of light and weather in places with high climatic contrast.
Controlled speed of migration towards the surface and adapted both to the average life of the rubber and to the superficial wax film it generates.
Plasticity, adhesion and cohesion qualities necessary to constitute an effective barrier against atmospheric agents and, in particular, against the oxidizing and degrading action caused by ozone.
Reduction of cracking and wear that result in premature aging of the manufactured article.
Absence of bleaching or staining properties, so they can be used in light-coloured articles without the risk of efflorescence.
