Our History
Alpha Virginis Spica is the brightest star in the constellation of Virgo, 1500 times brighter than the sun, a point of reference at night for every seafarer throughout history.
Inspired by this mission, in 1946 Italian navy commander Giovanni Fabiani founded Spica, a company dedicated to the sale of chemicals and industrial waxes, which soon started producing and processing technologically advanced compounds. Fabiani also bet on the growth of the human capital and the financial investment of his company, which allowed for a comfortable expansion that sixty years later enabled it to join Siwax Group.
Spica is an example of commitment and good work, which many Italian companies look up to with confidence.
