IBERCERAS OBTAINS THE CERTIFICATION ISO 14001
IBERCERAS Achieves ISO 14001 Certification Across All Its Facilities
We are pleased to announce that IBERCERAS has achieved ISO 14001 certification for its Environmental Management System covering the design, manufacture and sale of waxes, wax compounds, gels, hot melts, emulsions and related products.
The certification covers all of the company’s facilities, including production sites and headquarters, and is fully integrated with the well-established Quality Management System certified according to ISO 9001.
This achievement consolidates the integration of sustainability into IBERCERAS’ day-to-day operations and reinforces the SIWAX Group’s commitment to continuous improvement, responsible resource management and the creation of sustainable value for customers, employees, suppliers and other stakeholders. It also builds upon the path initiated by SPICA, which achieved ISO 14001 certification in 2023.
The certificates are available for download in the “Quality” section of this website.
On 8 May 2026, the certification body SGS officially presented the certificates to IBERCERAS at the company’s offices in Madrid. During the event, representatives of the certification body delivered the following message:
“It is an honour for SGS to present the renewal certificates for the ISO 9001 Quality Management System standard and, furthermore, to celebrate a new step forward in the organisation’s environmental commitment through ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification across all IBERCERAS SPECIALITIES facilities. These milestones reflect the effort, dedication and commitment of a team that works every day to integrate quality and sustainability into every process. Our special recognition goes to David Marín, Technical and Quality Assurance Director, and Raquel Macías, Management Systems Technician, as well as to the entire IBERCERAS SPECIALITIES team for the excellent work carried out and for the trust placed in SGS. An achievement that demonstrates IBERCERAS SPECIALITIES’ commitment to continuous improvement and responsible management.”
